From North Wilkesboro/Winston-Salem/Greensboro:
Take Highway 421 North from North Wilkesboro. When entering the Town of Boone, follow Hwy. 421 North to left onto Highway 105 Extension. Go south on Highway 105 Extension. Keep straight at the 105/321 Intersection (Wendy's, Wachovia, and BB&T are located on the 3 corners). On Highway 105 South, go through 2 stop lights. Advanced Realty is located on the left in the Highland Commons Shopping Center (just past the Super 8 Motel).

From Lenoir/Hickory/Charlotte:
Take Highway 321 North from Hickory. Follow 321 to Boone. At the 105/321 Intersection, turn left (Wendy's is on left corner). On Highway 105 South, go through 2 stop lights. Advanced Realty is located on the left in the Highland Commons Shopping Center (just past the Super 8 Motel).
